This course is on demand and can be completed at anytime.
Time Investment:
You should expect to sign up for two hours of live coaching time, but the rest of the course is at your own pace.
Expect to spend a total of approximately 14 hours on MTE Essentials.
Each individual lesson takes less than 30 minutes, and we encourage you to move through the Essentials course regularly - ideally engaging with it daily and completing it within a month. You will have access beyond that - but the greatest impact will come from staying consistent and committed to the journey.
